Registration

Registration for the AMSE 2022 Conference is operated through Dryfta platform. To register as a participant and/or submit your abstract, first of all you should follow the link and create Dryfta account, which is free of charge. On amse2022.Dryfta platform you will have detailed information about how to register for the conference or how to submit your abstract.
NOTE: after abstract submission/acceptance you still need to register for the conference before 1st August 2022 (Early-bird registration), otherwise abstract will not be included in abstract book.

All AMSE2022 participants will benefit with:

• 20% discount for rooms at Litz Resort
• Free local transfers

Onsite payment will be available with standard registration fees.

Refund Policy

AMSE 2022 Conference 6 – 8 October: A refund of previously paid registration fees will be made as follows:

• Notification in writing to amse2022@dtmu.edu.ge by 1 August 2022: full refund less €20 administration fee;
• Notification in writing to amse2022@dtmu.edu.ge by 9 September 2022: 50% refund;
• No refund from 10 September 2022

Change from in-person registration to online registration:

• Notification in writing to amse2022@dtmu.edu.ge by 9 September 2022: Refund of difference between in-person and online registration fee less €20 admin fee.
• No refund from 10 September 2022.
